@GAMEdigital So, spoke to GAME today, my order is ready to ship, 2 weeks after it's first release. They offered to refund me the shipping, which I'm sorry isn't enough. You failed to deliver a pre order on time, then missed the official release day. Its now a week after & still not here.

@RyyRyy678623 @_kxttywhore @GAMEdigital Yeah it's pretty ridiculous. Not sure how they're going to compensate. £10 store credit isn't enough to be honest at this point, I think the least I would settle for is 50% of my money back and GAME can fit the rest of the bill to focus entertainment. @RyyRyy678623 @_kxttywhore @GAMEdigital Aye, it's painful like, I dropped 90 quid for space marine 2. Touted as 4 days early access. Which is obviously null and void now. Even digitally is pointless. It would take all day to DL + install. So likely wouldn't play till tomorrow night and game releases Monday anyway.

Spoke to his RM, and then the disto centre and he said I'm really sorry I can't even give you a time frame of when you'll get your order. It may be a case of buying digitally and refunding the physical after.

Someone decided to merge fraser groups systems during a pre-order run and they have absolutely 0 idea of when it will be fixed. I was told it's a waiting game no comms

@GAMEdigital Yous do realise that this is a colossal fuck up right? Whoever decided to merge fraser groups systems when you have a stream of pre-releases coming up needs a 1:1. if you think £10 store credit is sufficient compensation, yous need therapy. You may have just ended GAME for gd 👍
