When the flooding started I called the police to do a wellness check cause the shower ran for an hour straight and I was banging on his door to explain what was happening. They said contact the landlord. I've tried, calling, emailing, driving to their office, no replies no answer

There is water above the ceiling, which is a breeding ground for mold in this old building. This same ceiling has been flooded before and they just dry-walled it and painted it. The wiring is now fried and I'm afraid of a house fire. The ceiling light is hanging now too.

I do not feel safe here anymore, I feel like something could happen at any point in the day and that wears on my mind nonstop. But seeing how he actively is damaging my place, he obviously doesn't care about anything dealing with me.
