Ordered on @swiggy_in with the promise of a ₹100 coupon if the order was delayed by 5 mins. My order got cancelled 2 mins before the expected time, and Swiggy denied the coupon, saying 'order cancelled.' So apparently, to them, a cancelled order = delivered. @jagograhakjago

@SwiggyCares Your only worry appears to lootofy your loyal customers. I understand you levying some amount as cancellation fees but charging entire order value as cancellation fees is pure loot.Anyway see you at the consumer forum !

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy Irrespective of the reason…I cancelled the order in less than 3 mins..out of these 3 mins 1 min was due to the process which was involved in cancelling the order. And I had not ordered for maggie to be prepared in 2 mins.

@SwiggyCares I never mentioned about refund in my complaint…it was about coupon which I was supposed to receive as the order wasn’t fulfilled. Your miscommunication definitely shows about your concern for your customers

@airindiain @airindiain The reply was for name sake and has not resolved the issue. For your information travel agent has not rescheduled the flight, you have rescheduled it. So how can the travel agent help???

My Uncle had booked a flight in Air India on 1 March 2022 (Jaipur to New Delhi - AI-9844 and then New Delhi to Srinagar AI-825). However subsequently Air India flight got transferred to Alliance Air (AI 9844). @airindiain @allianceair @JM_Scindia @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia

5. Also, the Air India is not allowing us to board directly without connecting flight and are saying that they will cancel the ticket because of No show incase Air alliance flight is not boarded. Please help
