@BofA_Help@bankofamerica Blocked my account, told me to call, and have put me on hold for 45 minutes so far. You guys need to hire more call center people or offer another way to reach you, preferably both. Every single call has a ridiculously long hold.
I’ve talked to your customer service reps via 611 and they don’t even understand the issue. One told me the 5G speed is 128kbps, another told me 128kbps equals 2GB, etc. I’d like the unlimited data at 128kbps for the remainder of the 7 days which I paid for. @ultra_mobile
@ultra_mobile Your PayGo account page states this for its Data Passes: “Each data pass comes with a limited amount of High Speed 5G • 4G LTE, and then unlimited data at 128kbps for the remainder of the pass's lifespan.”
I purchased a 7-day 1GB data pass and used up the 1GB data. Instead of having unlimited data at 128kbps for the remainder of the 7 days, I’m being charged in my PayGo Wallet whenever data is consumed.

Unbelievable. We are having lockdowns here and there again in Shanghai. Each time I go to the studio I have to worry that I won’t be able to go home for a few days.
Gained about 8 lb of fat in my 1.5 mo in the US. Now back in Shanghai in a quarantine hotel where I’m fed 3 meals a day and have a bunch of snacks that mother had me bring. I can fast but not when there’s food right in front of me! 😭
