@TeamYouTube My 81 yrs father is spending many hours & money on making his slot channel. He has be waiting 6+ months to be approved for monetization. He has 11K+ subs, 400K watch hours & no strikes. How much longer should he wait been approved?

If your channel has been under review for about 6 months and you say it is most likely being held for 2nd review. If you don't let us know what is causing the 2nd review how can we know what to correct to be approved for monetization? Please advise!
