On the Prevention of War in Europe

How is a prolonged war in Europe prevented now Africa is no longer Europe’s quarry?

The supposition is this. Canada and Australia now hold the only remaining raw materials sufficient to sustain such a war. What the Europeans have lost in Africa they may still obtain from these two countries by bureaucratic machination—treaties, standards, and allied procurement. Should Canadian resources, and the finished war matériel they become, be turned through European industry toward a war against Russia or against Europe’s own peoples, the United States need not invade Canada. It need only close the tap.

A blockade of the ports, the pipelines, the rail, the St. Lawrence and Great Lakes, and the Arctic routes would be enough. The object is denial of supply, not occupation. Greenland is the indispensable piece of that denial. Without it the North Atlantic and the Arctic flanks cannot be held. With it, the blockade becomes physical. The materials stay in North America, or they do not move. In that refusal a war in Europe is starved before it is fed.

The elderly couple, not wanting any trouble, just kept shopping.

Minutes later, that girl's PARENTS showed up at the store, found the 77-year-old man and beat him to de*th.

"They crowded my husband, one of the adults hit him in the face. He fell down on the floor. I was terrified. I don't know what's going on."

💥TIMELINES, PATTERNS, THEY WERE IN THE ROOM & NOW CLOSING THE LOOP

In 2008, a former federal prosecutor named Neil Barofsky was appointed Special Inspector General of TARP. His job was to watch where $700 billion in bailout money went. He told Treasury to track it. Treasury said no called it "meaningless." AIG's counter-parties Goldman, Deutsche Bank, HSBC got paid 100 cents on the dollar with no oversight in the room.

Barofsky documented all of it. To Congress. Under oath. Treasury had no comments.

In 2015, New York's banking regulator placed that same Neil Barofsky inside Credit Suisse as a monitor. He dug into the bank's history. He found 890 Nazi-linked accounts. Ratlines running out of a Credit Suisse-owned building in Bern. An SS officer's account. Documents Credit Suisse destroyed in 2016 and 2017.

He reported it. Credit Suisse fired him. Credit Suisse collapsed in March 2023. Senator Grassley issued the first Senate Budget Committee subpoena since 1991. Barofsky was reinstated. His deadline is July 31, 2026.

The man who documented the 2008 transparency failure found the foundation of the network those banks were plugged into an opacity architecture running since 1934.

Now meet the other one.

In September 2008, a 38-year-old Federal Reserve Governor named Kevin Warsh sat in a room with the most powerful men in finance and helped decide who lived and who died.

He arranged the sale of Bear Stearns to JPMorgan. He was in the room when Lehman was allowed to fail. He orchestrated the $85 billion AIG bailout. He personally negotiated the survival of Morgan Stanley his former employer with an ethics waiver so he could deal with them directly. He approved Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley's emergency conversions to bank holding companies, giving them access to trillions in Fed lending.

He saw everything. Every counter-party. Every flow. Every decision.

In May 2026, that same Kevin Warsh was confirmed as Fed Chair. And the first thing he did was start stepping aside. He abstained from the dot plot. He abstained from the stablecoin rulemaking vote. The Fed is now absent entirely from the GENIUS Act final-rule roster. Treasury is running the new financial architecture. Warsh isn't fighting it. He's standing down.

The man who was inside the room when the old system broke is now running the institution that's being quietly moved out of the way while the new system gets built.

Two men. Both at the hinge in 2008. Both now in the exact positions the replacement phase requires.

One is digging down into the foundation. One is standing down at the top.

I'm supposed to believe both of these are coincidences.

🤔In 1998, the world settled the Nazi gold question.

Seventy countries met in Washington. The Swiss banks paid $1.25 billion. The case was declared closed.

It wasn't closed.

A lawyer named Neil Barofsky was hired to finish the job to go through Credit Suisse's archives and account for what the 1998 settlement missed. He started finding things. 890 accounts linked to Nazi officials. A Credit Suisse building in Bern that housed the Argentine Immigration Office the nerve center of the ratlines, the escape routes that moved Nazi war criminals from Europe to South America after the war. Credit Suisse accounts used to finance the bribes, the fraudulent travel documents, the transportation for the fugitives. The Argentine government's payments to European officials to keep the routes running $22 million worth, routed through a Credit Suisse account. An SS holding company account the bank had denied existed the document proving it did was sitting in Credit Suisse's own files the entire time.

Then Credit Suisse fired him.

That was 2022.

In 2023 as Senator Grassley issued the first Senate Budget Committee subpoena since 1991 to force Barofsky's reinstatement Credit Suisse collapsed. UBS absorbed it in an emergency government-brokered takeover.

The records went with it.

What happened next is documented.

UBS withheld more than 22,000 pages from Barofsky. Then disclosed it was reviewing an additional 388,000 pages for potential redaction. UBS sued the Simon Wiesenthal Center the organization that first requested the probe to prevent them from speaking publicly about what the investigation was finding. UBS misled Congress about how many documents were being withheld. UBS imposed a July 31, 2026 deadline on the investigation then scaled back cooperation the moment they learned a follow-up Senate hearing was being considered.

Chairman Grassley went to the Senate floor in April 2026. He said: "UBS needs to quit playing games and get the job done right away."

In May 2026, Grassley asked the Justice Department's special envoy to combat antisemitism to look into whether UBS is obstructing the investigation.

July 31 is eighteen days away.

Now watch what else happened between 2023 and today.

Between December 2024 and April 2025, $80 billion in physical gold moved from Swiss vaults to U.S. COMEX warehouses in New York. The peak month was January 2025: 193 tons. Swiss refineries ran 24/7. London's market ran dry. The flow was attributed to a tariff arbitrage window COMEX futures running at a $50 premium over London spot, creating a profitable opportunity to ship and recast gold before potential tariffs hit.

Then the tariff exemption was granted. The flow reversed. Gold started moving back to Switzerland.

Then in August 2025, the exemption was revoked specifically for kilobars the format Swiss refineries produce. The flow spiked again.

In September 2025, UBS announced it was considering moving its headquarters from Zurich to the United States.

The stated reason: Swiss regulators were proposing $26 billion in additional capital requirements following the Credit Suisse rescue. UBS called it "extreme." UBS Chairman Colm Kelleher and CEO Sergio Ermotti held meetings with the Trump administration in Washington including a possible acquisition of a U.S. bank.

Senator Elizabeth Warren wrote to Treasury Secretary Bessent demanding answers about those private conversations. She noted the Trump administration was "receptive." She flagged that UBS still faced "significant regulatory, legal, financial, and operational challenges related to its acquisition of Credit Suisse."

The challenges she was referring to include the Barofsky investigation.

Here is what you are looking at.

The institution holding the Nazi-era records is exploring a move into the jurisdiction of the government whose Senator is forcing those records open while privately negotiating that move with the Treasury Secretary of that same government while $80 billion in Swiss-vaulted gold already sits in U.S. COMEX warehouses under U.S. jurisdiction with a July 31 deadline on the investigation Barofsky has been trying to finish since Credit Suisse fired him.

Was the gold movement arbitrage? Almost certainly, for the vast majority of it.

Was the UBS relocation discussion about capital requirements? Almost certainly, in part.

Is the July 31 deadline about completing an investigation or killing one? That is the question UBS has not answered to the Senate's satisfaction.

Barofsky already wrote one report. Credit Suisse tried to stop it from being published. They fired him first.

I'm not going to tell you what it means.

I'll tell you what it is.

The 1998 settlement was supposed to close the books on Nazi-era Swiss banking. There are still more than 22,000 pages withheld and 388,000 more under review for redaction. There are still 83 boxes sitting in the Argentine Supreme Court basement, intercepted from the German Third Reich Embassy in Tokyo in 1941, unopened for 84 years, expected to document the banking infrastructure underneath the escape routes.

Grassley has been trying to open those books for years. He got Argentina to declassify 1,850 files on Nazi fugitives. He got Barofsky reinstated via subpoena. He went to the Senate floor. He asked the Justice Department to look at obstruction. He set July 31 as the line.

In eighteen days, we find out whether the books open or close.

Watch the money. Not the podium.

I just read Massie's articles of impeachment against Hegseth and they're actually WORSE than what is being reported:

- Massie is accusing Hegseth of deliberately killing civilians based on the debunked lie that the Air Force bombed an Iranian school.
- He's accusing Hegseth of "extrajudicial killings" for blowing up Venezuelan narco boats in the Caribbean. Rand Paul was similarly going to bat for cartel members months ago. What is it with lolberts and defending violent criminal syndicates?
- He's accusing Hegseth of "suppressing free speech" by investigating Democrats like Mark Kelly who are trying to foment insurrection in the armed forces.
- And finally, the most hilarious of all, Massie accuses Hegseth of "kidnapping" Nicolas Maduro and bringing him to the U.S. to stand trial. Even libertarians I know who turned on Trump over the Iran war said the Venezuela op was a well-executed and morally defensible operation. Why do lolberts love foreign communists so much?

In any other era, a congressman like Thomas Massie would be expelled from office and thrown in prison for sedition. What a grandstanding little weasel. I remain unconvinced that libertarians aren't a fifth column within the Republican Party.
