For last 5 months I have been calling the field team and customer care to no response. It is a deeply frustating & mentally painful experience along with financial consequences (changing wrong part & selling AMC while not providing service against it for 5 months after complaint.
"Deeply frustrated and appalled by @WhirlpoolCorp's utter lack of professionalism! Eight months of grappling with a faulty refrigerator, wrong part supplied (motherboard instead of sensor), slapped with a maintenance fee, and was sold AMC in may only yo not honor it .
Disabled people have rights, the same as you and I. Why should an adult PwD not be able to travel of their own free will, and need to demonstrate or even be asked if they are "allowed to travel without a parent/guardian"
