@prinxe0fdarxnes Hey there Oz! How's it going?

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

It broke my heart to have to leave that building when I moved to CBS. I want to thank Conan O'Brien for inviting me back there whenever he could.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

Not gonna lie, I miss walking into 30 Rockefeller Plaza to do a nightly talk show. I loved being in that building. Just the history of it, as a broadcaster, it felt like I truly arrived after doing local TV.

I don't know who will be the first to keel over. Trump or that thing on his head.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

Morning.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

I hope once we're done with Trump's madness when can finally move on and rebuild as a country and as a society. I'm sick and tired of us being divided. I want us to be the United States of America.

@MsMansfield_ Morning Jayne! It's always a pleasure to see your lovely face in the morning. I hope you are feeling better.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

Morning.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

@vsionoflove Still mad that CBS cancelled my late night show.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

Hey guys.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

I think Stephen Colbert's final show was fantastic. It wasn't sullen, it wasn't sad. It wasn't a wake. It was a pure celebration of what he accomplished through his 11 years on CBS. There will be a void that won't be filled in his absence.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

@Feelitmylove It will always bug me that we never got you on the show Kate.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

@vsionoflove Good Sade. How are you?

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

Here's me and Stephen Colbert destroying CBS property as a final screw you for canceling the Late Show.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

Look out for D-List Celebrities on fake money.

[David Letterman @DLettermcn]

So CBS in their infinite wisdom is replacing Colbert with reruns of Byron Allen's shows because it's cheaper. Brilliant strategy there CBS. I'm sure all of America wanted that. I hope it falls flat on it's face. But I doubt the goons at CBS care.

What a day this was. Richard was a total sport.
