.@DCSheriffNE have announced that DCSO Deputy Juan CASADO MOYA has been criminally cited for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault, a Class 1 Misdemeanor. Deputy CASADO MOYA invoked his 5th amendment right to decline a criminal interview. The victim is a 16-year-old female. Witnesses have been interviewed who have corroborated the victim's account. A separate internal investigation will be completed by DCSO.
