The Digital Learning team is pleased to report there was improvement in Moodle email services over the weekend and there are no longer any reported delays in sending email alerts using Announcements or Forums.

We are aware some users have been experiencing delays with email communications through Moodle. We believe emails are now being sent but there is a significant delay in users receiving them. Web Services is continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue.

Due to unforeseen circumstances you may have experienced a 404 error when trying to view submissions in Turnitin UK.

This issue only affected users accessing the UK service through an integration. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

We are currently experiencing an issue where users are being presented with a 404 error when attempting to open submissions. At this time we believe that this issue is only affecting UK users accessing Turnitin through integrations . We are investigating this issue as a priority.
