@DMDave_official Just wanted to let you know that I adapted The Tarrasque Task of Moreen Trask as a mythological underwater village-sized spider crab for my group.
My players and me are loving it! It's a fantastic adventure, every step something is happening.
@MerricB My homebrew world started out with 27 god's or so. Quickly realized that is too many. So now, on every campaign one has to go. One died, one got absorbed by another. Third campaign just started...
Nowadays I think 8-12 is probably a good number.
⭐Call for Cartographer⭐
We're looking for someone to make a full page area map (not tactical) in a bright/whimsical style for an upcoming book!
Please leave links to your portfolio and rates.
RTs appreciated 💖

@HN2DM Wedding bracelets that let the two wearer's send a short message to each other once a day.
"Still in this dank dungeon, kobolds everywhere, miss you!"
Only works if bestowed by a priest of the goddess of marriage during a wedding ceremony, of course.
Led to some good RP.
@symatt Zero, if need be. After 20 years of DMing, I can pretty much improvise it all in PF or D&D.
But I can also squander any amount of time drawing maps and setting up Foundry scenes... After a year, I have the prologue finished for the next campaign.
So basically: as much as I get.
@BlackDragonCan @cha_neg @EzraGeekyMusing @StudiosSphere @mountain_foot @Hjorimir@wereoctopus@MerricB@benkold2015@LawDogStrikes 1. Individual
2. Segment by Segment, counting down
3. 6 PCs, 3 animals, maybe some summons in the future
I should say though, that I let @FoundryVTT do most of the work
@newbiedm Remember the old "there's an app for that"? Now it's "there's a @FoundryVTT module for that".
Also, you can just use the grid: distance to object on ground in one straight line on the grid, height at 90 degree angle, then measure the diagonal distance. Basically tip it over
@newbiedm I still use Realm Works, it's discontinued but still working and the most powerful tool I know.
Hearing good things about Fantasy Archive, tho.
