@virginmedia Yes . It’s an additional one from my main one . I have 6 in total under the one account . 3 others are for family members

@virginmedia I am repeatedly being asked , maybe every few weeks , to enter my smtp email credentials on my laptop and phone and again have to generate a new app password for my emails.
Please can you explain why I have to generate app passwords so often .

@virginmedia Hi . Yes I’m using it through MacBook mail client and iPhone .
For info I’ve a different virgin email account that isn’t required to use the generate app password method (it still uses account creds to authenticate) and this is stable .
