@ClutchNumbers @ShamsCharania It’s not an argument if he’s a good player but is it a $97 mill good player for the Cavs. I’m not a Cavs fan so don’t have a dog in this fight but just doesn’t seem like a good investment to get the team past round 1 or 2 of the playoffs.

📖 Published!

I’m grateful to share that my latest reflective piece, “When Showing Up Shows Up for You: Lessons in Leadership, Care-Centered Leadership” has been published in the SEAHO Report, Summer 2026 edition.

This one is personal. It started with an unexpected text that made me pause, reflect, give some flowers, and think more deeply about the ways we show up for one another in this profession.
