Highlighting the value of community engagement, Deputy Mayor @kfcitycounciI Ahmed Abdullah @roazey noted that the @eFaasmv awareness workshop in H. Dh atoll will help in developing local advocates who can support awareness efforts in using Maldives' #digitalidentity platform.

Through strong local partnerships, we were able to reach and assist more members of the community with @eFaasmv services and information.

Most cases were resolved by users themselves with guidance from the team and existing features on efaas, while only 6 required direct helpdesk intervention.

During the outdoor awareness event, the team engaged with more than 100 residents, answering questions about eFaas and its services. A total of 34 individuals received assistance to resolve account and access issues.

On 19 August 2026, we partnered with the @mdsgovmv team to host an eFaas Mobile Helpdesk in Kulhudhuffushi City, raising awareness and assisting residents with @eFaasmv related queries. We thank the @kfcitycounciI and the City WDC for their support.

@DMADDmv project in collaboration with @mdsgovmv commenced the first session of their “Atholhu Dhathuru” eFaas community engagement workshop in H.Dh #Kulhudhuffushicity today.
