@Vitality_UK there seems to be an issue with Rakuten. For the last 2 weeks I’ve earned enough points, but I still see the same code in the app with expiry date of 10th Feb, so have been unable to use it. I contacted your team on WhatsApp a week ago, but this is still unresolved.
