@WestMidRailway @metoffice I am completely done with this train line the cost of the train ticket coupled with the amount i have had to spend on taxis due to how often your line is out of service is becoming a joke now you may as well just cut the redditch line altogether as you are unable to operate it

It is not fair on your customers to have to keep putting up with this below par service. I am not addressing the social media team but the company itself it is embarrasingly bad
