Clinical Nurses are band 5 or band 6 usually,ward managers a 7&they will work harder than you can imagine,if you really think the work is comparable you are deluded. A band 9 would be chief nurse or something.

@OutwoodPortland Sorry but this is a ridiculous lack of organisation&planning.Getting children into school then sending them home is very poor.There appears to be an over reliance on using home learning to prop up poor systems.This happened constantly last year & is not excusable this year.

Schools answer?threatening fines if they have more time off - despite encouraging them to come in contagious & get everyone else ill too.
