@united excellent customer service…🤬 on hold for my luggage over 2 hours now. Sat at the airport over 6 hours before you cancelled it, missed Xmas with my family b/c you cancelled my flight 2 days ago, and then tell me it’ll be up to 3 days to get my checked bag back.
