@csaba_kissi These are really cool! I've never heard of these! Immediate save!
Of the 5, do you have one that you really enjoyed or gained from the most?
@dr@big_duca 100%. Just stay on top of the game and learn the why behind the code. It'll still be a much needed position. How else is the tech industry going to grow? Somebody has to keep innovating.
@adamdotdev I'd personally like that. It feels like there's a lot of fluff and promotion going on, but I'm genuinely curious about all of the pros and cons. Also just real world experiences that doesn't sound "salesy"
@VadimStrizheus@SomethingxAes How are you doing so many? Are you just adding value to anything you see or responding just with a thought like this one?
@codewithDiyaa I think the problem that we'll end up facing later is that the code isn't being reviewed and we'll have bad code everywhere. There still needs to be innovation and AI can't do that.
@geoffreylitt As long as you're vouching for the work, I don't see a real need to credit it, unless someone asks. I agree with some of the comments. You don't credit your tools for any other project unless you want to promote it.
The end user won't care about that. They just want it to work.
@aryanlabde I think it is still hard. Development of any kind requires forethought and knowledge of what you're making. Marketing is also difficult and equally important.
@big_duca I don't think your efforts are "wasted" as you say.
Rather, I think it allows you to use those skills on the harder challenges. When you're looking at the code, is there something in there that doesn't make sense or could be improved?
AI is just repeating old code.
All of that to say, I don't think this will replace engineers. This will just allow us to work on the actually hard stuff that hasn't been easily solved. Just so long as higher ups don't think it'll solve all of our problems.
Now I'm not a react native developer. I have been interested in learning the framework which is why I chose it. I still need to review the code, but to be able to do all of that within an hour is pretty wild.
