Payless could have simply sent someone with a Tesla charger converter or a battery charger, but they choose not to. Instead they charged us $770 for a flat-bed tow and today refused to reimburse us.

I'll never rent from them again.

Second, the car, a @Kia Niro EV, stopped running 140 miles into a 210 mile charge. Payless sent a flat bed tow truck to get the car. @expedia refunded our rental charge but Payless charged us $770 for the tow.

First, the car rental line was insane at the Indianapolis airport - 90 minute wait in a 100-person line. All the other car rental lines were 0-4 people.
