A5. I love the conversation part of @MicrosoftTeams I can talk to the children when they are in and out of my class. They know I am there for them no matter the time of day. They know I will respond because loving them is not my job, it’s what I do.
Talk to them! Talking to your students shows them that you care, and that will go along way. For some of our students our smiling faces are the only smiling faces they’ll see. #onsloweduchat#ocsperfectmatch
A5- Absolutely nothing means more than relationships with students! They will do anything, the best they can when they know you care. Genuinely ask them about their lives and remember to follow up, show support, and listen. #OnlsowEduChat
A4- Our technology facilitator is amazing. She is always there to help with ideas to remediate. She always comes up with engaging ideas. Usually those who need remediation also need to be very engaged. Thanks @SachelleD
A3- Provide collaboration opportunities like Book Clubs, Passion projects, and Project Based Learning - teacher role is facilitator. Sometimes that is hard for the teacher but always rewarding for all.
I read The Dot to this wonderful group of kids. They made dots and signed them. This child was so excited because he just learned to sign his name. @peterhreynolds @DMSMedia411 @ocsdltfco
