@joulesbrunelle We did the attic but walls is going to be a thing. We have asbestos siding which will basically never need repaced unless we have a really bad hail storm. So have to go throughthe interior walls.
Need to insulate my uninsulated house. @USAInsulation do you have lab reports or case studies to back up the (great sounding) claims sales reps make? Esp on what is offgassed during install and cure. And longevity of the material.
@joulesbrunelle Apparently super common in pre 80s houses. Someone had blown in a little cellulose in the attic before we bought but that was it. Everyone I've talked to expects a 1929 house to have 0 insulation originally.
Hope you dry out!
@USAInsulation I'm interested in having your injection foam put into my walls but would like more technical details than local sales reps have been able to provide. Do you have lab reports or case studies on longevity of the foam? How about on the offgassing?
#ASMmicrobe popped over to twitter to say thanks to all who came to talk full length 16s on Nanopore this morning. It was a great session, looking forward to this afternoon ay MBP-651
@UCONNMAR
@H2BLawyer a tax question so may not be your thing. I saw h2a visa holders are exempt from ss/medicaid tax but there's no link for h2b? Are h2b exempt too? https://t.co/iZMsmEsdWo
@H2BLawyer They keep saying that i need to "State that the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due." When that is word for word in my job order.
@H2BLawyer Just got yet another mde, again saying that i made the changes to the job order but didn't make all the required changes. I've copied and pasted their exact wording and they still say my job order doesn't have everything they require 🥵
I grew up on an Ogallala well. We knew that it was being used up when i was a kid in the 80s because wells had to be redrilled deeper and deeper. This overuse isn't new it's just been ignored for decades.
Unchecked overuse is draining and damaging aquifers in the U.S., a New York Times data investigation found, threatening millions of people and the nations status as a food superpower. https://t.co/Rv6CjDwOyU
@BrendanNyhan Thanks. I don't think he subscribes to anything but i don't use it enough to check, will do that asap.
It's an on going conversation. Banishing youtube was "easier" but not sustainable. I don't want him to sneak around my blocks, which he's already fully capable of doing.
