A “spell” can be defined as a period of a specified kind of weather (eg “a cold spell”). “Weather” can be described as the state of the atmosphere. As Searing Burst changes the atmosphere when it deals radiant damage, it is weather. Since it is temporary, it is a spell.

@GameOfScience Spider widows cannot get married by definition of them being widows. So the process should be:
Ceremony > Polymorph > Drop Concentration > Repeat

@GroksGrokking The catapult does not include a ranged attack roll so it is not an attack. Therefore it only does bludgeoning damage and does not return back

@bear_theory A: As long as the sandwich retains the general form of a sandwich, it remains a suitable vessel for a soul. However, if the sandwich is eaten or enough liquid is introduced to make it a sogwich (see prev tweets) then it is no longer fit to house a soul.

Example, if a creature is bubbled in a Wall of Force, you cannot move a sandwich up to them from the other side of the WoF.

It depends. If the fists are your own hands then no. However, if you rip off another creature's arms, bind the fists together, and then use it as a weapon; then it is considered a two-handed weapon.

While in “Ash Form”, a druid is incapacitated, their movement is 0, they gain the Amorphous trait. The Ash Form has an indefinite duration and the druid cannot end it early.

If a Druid in Wild Shape is reduced to 0 hp by way of the Disintegrate spell, they are reduced to ash. However, they are not dead. Instead, they now possess an “Ash Form” instead of a Beast Form.

If you ready an action to eat a sandwich on a trigger, and the trigger does not occur before your next turn, the sandwich is still consumed (but not by you)

In that same example, if you're using it to haul the evidence of the orcs you've slain, then it is considered both a tool and tax-deductible. Be sure to keep all receipts for both logsheet and tax purposes.

Vehicles are only considered tools if they are used constructively. For example, if you buy a carriage solely because you're going through a midlife crisis, then the carriage is not a tool.

@JeremyECrawford In the 6th printing of the PHB vehicles are listed on the tools chart. On @DnDBeyond they are not and vehicles are very clearly listed separately. Which is correct? Are vehicles considered to be a tool, or are they a separate category of equipment?

@GameOfScience If they can't breathe because they are underwater (or any other liquid), then they can still eat the sandwich if it has not dissolved into a sogwich. If they cannot breathe because a solid object is blocking their mouth, then they can only eat it if the sandwich is incorporeal

@GameOfScience Regular BLT sandwiches are currently worth 1 treasure point. For Season 8, pastramis are unlocked for 3 treasure points (requires character to be tier 4). Hot Dogs and Tacos have been removed from AL play for being too disruptive regarding whether they count as sandwiches.
