I remain baffled by why Marumani isnt in at least one of our national squads. His performances in this year national T20 league - when he was the best performing batsman - and now in the NPL demonstrate that he is arguably one of our best performing batsmen in our local leagues. Inexplicably batsmen who have performed far worse than him in these same leagues and tournaments are regularly selected - and also once selected they have not performed against international opponents.
