And on top of that there were others today that waited 4 hours to COLLECT ID'S and passports (something you cannot make an appointment for). THAT'S PATHETIC!

Just spent 7 hrs at one of your branches applying for a passport. My conclusion is that 90% of the staff are just plain lazy and have no interest in being efficient.

@CityofCT I find it unacceptable that it takes 3 days for you to get someone onsite to have a look at a water supply problem. Suspected faulty Water Management Device. My parents (PENSIONERS) have been without since Wednesday afternoon!!!!
