@dynatodd@HarveyKaplan I think its $500 as per the email. "Dynadot domains appraised at $500 or more are now automatically listed on NameClub, giving your portfolio instant visibility to a wider audience of buyers."
@DomainKing 1000 years before nobody believed kids will go to school with books. 100 years before nobody believed technology will change their lives. 20-30 years before nobody believed kids will learn online. So, future belongs to people who think like that.
@mikemanndotcom Zelensky had the opportunity to stop the war; Stop it from beginning. He was pawn of Western European powers who wanted the war. He did not act in the best interest of the people of Ukraine. Blind hate for Russia is making whole Europe Blind.
@domainpro I liked CustomWindow .com. It has 12,100 monthly searches with $2.81 cpc. The products are not less than $300 in value. I will price 75k - 100k.
The reason a domain has value is because it has momentum.
A buyer is willing to pay to capture the momentum and good will already associated with that keyword.
This allows them to leverage the inherent good will instead of having to create it.
This allows them to scale quickly and create simplicity.
This is why I tell buyers:
You will pay one way or another. Either capture it with your perfect domain or pay to create it and the confusion your current domain creates. You can not escape this principle of branding.
This is why I tell sellers:
You are passing on your perfect offer. This offer is well above the value of the domain.

It explains everything.
@DomainKing Great explanation. It's simple yet overlooked as to how you value a domain. Much appreciated for the value you are adding to upskill someone like me. It means a lot to me. Thank you. (I would love if you can share a real negotiation. How you play!)
