The brother and father of convicted murderer - Vickrum Digwa have been charged together with Digwa with possessing an arsenal of 22 weapons.
With Digwa (murder of Henry Nowak) and his mother - Kiran Kaur (assisting an offender) already having being convicted of serious offences, the fresh charges laid on 2 June 2026 mean that all four publicly identified members of his Nihang Sikh family are accused of criminal conduct.
Vickrum Digwa has been accused of possessing six offensive weapons, including a flick knife, an extendable baton, knuckledusters, a machete, Japanese chain weapons and swords at his Southampton home.
Gurpreet Digwa was charged with having an extendable baton, a kirpan and an axe in his car.
Their father - Moga Singh is accused of possessing a baton, knuckledusters, a flick knife, swords, Japanese kusaris and a machete at his family home.
The weapons charges for all three have been adjourned to 9 July 2026.

According to reports, the accused, Digwa, was allegedly associated with a Neo-Nihang sect led by UK-based self-styled Sanatani Nihang Niddar Singh, who is known for his pro-Hindutva views, while claiming to be a Sikh . Screenshots circulating online reportedly showed Digwa alongside Niddar Singh prior to the incident, and it was alleged that he had attended Niddar Singh’s so-called Sanatan Shastar Vidya classes.

After the Henry Nowak Case got highlighted, Niddar was alleged to have deleted the post in question.
