@teamsumadhura @sumadhurazhub Received termination notice frm Suman without giving clarification for queries and not giving the agreement draft. It is outrageous!! I have been following up regarding this. Cannot expect us to blindly pay the money without checking the agreement.

@AxisMaxLifeIns just sending an email without even specifying the proper details and offering to cancel 1 (smaller amount) policy due to your mistake and asking me to pay 10 Lakh/ year. This is not resolution. You did not even address the issue

@AxisMaxLifeIns My 2 policies are wrongly registered as resident Indian even though NRI which made me ineligible for GST refund claim. U r not willing to accept the mistake. Now you updated the details without my consent and pushing me to cancel the policy which is a major loss
