Packers LB Micah Parsons has been dealing with an L4/L5 facet joint sprain in his back and he may take an epidural injection prior to Sunday’s game vs. the Lions if needed to help him play, per sources.
Before trading Parsons last week, the Cowboys prescribed him a five-day plan of an anti-Inflammatory corticosteroid, a prednisone to help him recover from back tightness. They also had him on a physical therapy program.
Parsons has been practicing this week and he is trying to play in Sunday’s opener vs. the Lions, though one source said it still is uncertain if he will.
Most ridiculous penalty I have ever seen, Matt Rempe gets called for being on the ice.
Devin Shore skates into Rempe and Rempe gets called for Interference.
John Lynch on the holding penalty called on Eric Saubert during Deebo Samuel’s kick return against the Packers:
“We get down to the 9 yard line, and we’re going in then and if we can score a touchdown, it’s 17-14 and instead they called a hold that I still can’t find on film. I think it was a perfect block by Eric Saubert. I think it was fundamental teach tape 101, and yet there were 2 flags on the ground. I’ll leave it at that.”

The @Twins ownership is 100% to blame for their collapse. They cut payroll after their first playoff series win in decades and then proceeded not to do anything at the trade deadline. What message does that send to the clubhouse and fans? Just sell the team!!! And yes, Rocco is terrible too. #MNTwins its soooo frustrating to follow.
