Nairobi's transport network is set for a major boost following the completion of the Ngong Road–Naivasha Road Junction Flyover, a flagship infrastructure project under the Government's urban transformation agenda. Constructed by @KURAroads , the 800-metre elevated carriageway will improve efficiency along the busy Ngong Road corridor by providing uninterrupted movement for through-traffic while enhancing connectivity to Naivasha and King'ara roads.
The project is expected to reduce congestion, cut travel times and support access to strategic facilities such as Talanta Stadium in preparation for AFCON 2027.Throughout the implementation period, the State Department for Internal Security and National Administration has worked closely with relevant agencies and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
All the sleepless nights and struggle finally paid off for Chris Gardner. Rock bottom is just the foundation for your comeback. 💪
One of the most satisfying movie ending in cinematic history 🙌
Testosterone doesn’t make you aggressive.
Robert Sapolsky flipped the script: Give a low-ranking monkey a huge testosterone boost, it doesn’t challenge the alphas. It terrorizes the ones below it.
The hormone doesn’t invent aggression. It exaggerates whatever social pattern already exists. In humans, it can even drive extreme generosity if that’s how you gain status.
The real problem isn’t testosterone. It’s that we reward aggression with status so easily.
What do you think, if society rewarded kindness more, would testosterone make us kinder?
Jordan Peterson dropped some quietly brutal advice:
If people aren’t listening to you, stop talking.
Don’t cast pearls before swine. Pull back, watch what they actually do, and save your words for those who value them. Every time you keep offering yourself to people who reject it, you’re devaluing what you have to say.
Your time and energy are limited. Protecting them isn’t rude, it’s wise.
What’s your take, is pulling back from people who don’t listen one of the best life skills someone can learn?
