@prestonsimm Yes. It is. Rest as much as you can. Eat well. Do things you enjoy outside of medicine with people you enjoy. Remind yourself that you shouldn’t feel guilty for taking time for yourself.
In thinking about completed tests of change?
- Were any inadvertent intervention-generated disparities created? If so, what tests of change can address those disparities?
- Did stratified data show gains were experienced equally by all?

Glad to see so many new docs that look like me…. But if that “so many” is still hovering at 5% not much has changed and we need to do better. To change that 5% means we have to start way before medical school. #morethan5percent
