On many occasions interns are forced to wear PPE for more than 12 hours, inspite of guidelines mandating change of PPE every 4-6 hours.
Yet, we are still in the hospitals doing our duty. Kindly end the disparity in incentives

That's what just 2 hours of gloves do to you. Imagine being in whole PPE for 8 hours. We continue to fight this pandemic tirelessly yet receive very less in return compared to our BMC collegues and even 2nd/3rd yr students
