More black leaders need to be uplifting the young, black community and not consistently tearing them down.

Facts we cannot continue to ignore:

1. No unarmed and cooperating person, regardless of race, should be beaten up/murdered by the police.
2. Your chances of running into police is based off the percentage of crimes you commit.
3. Black community is 13.8% of US population.

4. 53% of murders and 54% of robberies are committed by black people.
5. The stats are worst for young black men and women under 18. 57.9% of murders, 64.2% of robberies, 52% of motor thefts, and 59% of stolen property, according to FBI.
