Yet I’ve shown proof to the principal that in 2023, certificate was issued for even less than 4 months. For us even 1 day counts.

I resigned as an Sr in December 2023 served notice period till January 2024 while the government rule for giving experience came into existence from June 2024 . The Skims MCH authorities are repeatedly quoting this order and applying it retrospectively.
