@TheyyluvvRachel @car_spartan @WCVB It was a stolen motor vehicle, they ran from the police during the initial stop. The police did not persue. While continuing to joy ride in a stolen vehicle they ran a red light causing the accident. It's sad that someone died but yea a little bit of karma does come into play

@LT1m3 @WCVB Noise complaints in an apartmet building gives you the right to enter that building. They then located a large gathering in the back alley where some noise was coming from. After that I bet the kids just took off running because they knew they were trespassing.
