Another important NHS case with public money being used against the public interest.
A 'Non Disclosure Agreement' seems to be preventing justice and concerns about cancer care being scrutinised
Please help Sue win this important point with @CrowdJustice
Dear @MattHancock
Thanks for your reply to July letter @normanlamb sent you about my meeting with @Jeremy_Hunt

As you can see I have some comments. I have tried to make it colourful.
Want to join a collaborative forum exclusively for UK doctors and medical students? Following the closure of the JDCF it is really important we have a forum which is an open space where we can all engage. Join us in The Consulting Room #TheConsultingRoom https://t.co/7ZrolRXXRO
Wow. A junior doctor vs. NHS, & the legal deck is stacked against the doctor. And people wonder why there aren’t more whistleblowers exposing unsafe practices?
£700k spent on @drcmday whistleblowing case that still hasn't cross examined the 14 witnesses or commented on the safety issues (including 2 deaths) discussed in Parliament today with Dr #BawaGarba case. @TheDA_UK@CrowdJustice
#DayTribunal
@iamkeithmcay, witness in Feb 2015 hearing that argued junior doctors out of whistleblowing protection, convinced judge HEE didn't have substantial influence over doctors.
It took 4 year for HEE to realise their 'mistake' & paid out legal £55k costs
@iamkeithmckay hi are you the same Keith Mckay who acted as a witness for @NHS_HealthEdEng against @drcmday in 2015 and helped convince the judge that it was fanciful that HEE had influence over #juniordoctors terms of engagement? #DayTribunal
Wondering when we will find out whether the Judge in the #DayTribunal agrees with the settlement statement saying that he was likely to find @drcmday was treated in good faith without examining any of the NHS' 14 witnesses?
@54kdoctors Very pleased and grateful to have @MilsomChr and @Tim_Johnson_Law in my corner fighting this important whistleblowing case.
After a four year delay the details of this case will finally be before a specialist employment tribunal at London South.
