I've heard some people say Rick is 5'4", 5'5", and 5'6". Here's an unbiased entry that says Rick Allen is 5'4". There's no way he's the man that law enforcement put on the fliers.

Monica Wala relied on convicted suicide companion inmates and SHU guards to shape her clinical notes and opinions about Rick’s mental state, repeatedly interpreting his severe deterioration as “feigning” and manipulation.

Her inability to clearly distinguish her own clinical interpretation from the logs is deeply troubling, as once secondhand accounts enter her clinical notes, they acquire the appearance of clinical authority. When those notes are then used to dismiss Rick's severe and legitimate psychiatric deterioration and are used to lend credibility to his alleged "confessions", the consequences are enormous.

Rick Allen suffered immeasurable, irreversible harm while unlawfully detained at Westville. Monica Wala was a proximate cause of that suffering.

Despite the State’s reliance on Richard Allen’s alleged May 3rd “confession” to psychologist Monica Wala as the backbone of its case against him, Wala’s account of that statement is only as trustworthy and reliable as Wala herself.

He knew Wala set an objective for him but couldn’t figure out what she wanted. She said he was fine while he looked like this.

Richard Allen's IDOC psychologist, Monica Wala, was the singular source of the only detailed "confession" allegedly made by Richard Allen while in custody.

Despite Rick's every moment and movement being monitored and recorded 24/7, via either in-cell or portable handheld camera, this alleged May 3rd "confession" to Wala was not recorded by video, audio, phone or third party.

The unusualness and unlikelihood of Rick and Wala having an unmonitored and unrecorded one-on-one session, ESPECIALLY during a time when Rick was known by both investigators and IDOC to have been making incriminating statements, is not the only reason to doubt the reliability and truthfulness of Wala's account.

The Anderson trial is one that is beyond Delphi and if you know that is saying something. @StarowNiklas has done excellent work covering by this trial and beyond give it a look let’s not let this injustice stand

This the judge approved of, because the technology has improved since 2021.

In #RickAllens case, the tests were done in 2017.
Ricks DNA was not at the crimescene, there was unknown DNA on the girls private parts.
Now 9 years later, the DNA samples on the girls should be retested.
