@CwellRay The base sports teams travel and play other military commands, have championship games and all. My daughter just graduated H.S. & is headed to play college basketball. Both the military men's and women's team would let her train & play pick up games with them

@CwellRay This is good pathway if you want to serve your country and believe the military lifestyle could be a compatible fit. However, as a veteran, I know the military isn't a good fit for everyone The military has base sports teams so you could definitely play in the military league😉

🚨BIG NEWS: I’m officially running for State Representative in Georgia House District 95. 🥳

This isn’t a decision I made lightly. I’m running because I believe in the power of new voices, fresh ideas, and bold leadership that reflects the full promise of our community.

As a 22 year old law student, community leader, former Legislative Staffer, and the proud son of two veterans, I’ve seen firsthand how government can be a force for good, but only when it listens, evolves, and meets people where they are. I’ve been shaped by the challenges my generation and many other Georgians of all identities from every corner of this state are facing: from finding a job, to the cost of education, access to healthcare, and the urgent need to make government more accessible and accountable.

I respect the public service of our current Representative, and I’m grateful for the years she’s given to this district. However I believe it’s time for a new chapter in Snellville and Lithonia, one where we build on what’s come before while bringing forward new energy and a fresh perspective. This kind of energy is what will propel Democrats to the majority in the Georgia General Assembly.

This campaign isn’t about politics as usual It’s about creating a space where every voice is heard, where all people feel seen in East DeKalb and South Gwinnett and where we have a voice to tirelessly advocate for our community and the best interests of this state.
