The BBC has issued an official explanation on why it has failed to cover our rape gang inquiry.

'Complex choices' are made for editorial and practical reasons.

These choices 'should not be taken as indicative of bias.'

Their words.

But the BBC were very quick to cover malicious complaints against our inquiry, in an attempt to smear our efforts? They were then forced to later apologise about how they covered the story.

So either the inquiry is worth reporting on, or it's not.

They can't pick and choose.

We're told 'complex choices' are made, meaning that efforts to uncover the industrial rape of young girls is not near the top of list.

This week, the CGT changes were passed in Parliament by Labor.

A last-minute deal was done with the Greens to stop Self-Managed Super Funds from buying investment property by using non-recourse loans.

What's wrong about this is that Industry and Retail funds can still buy investment property. As can foreigners through Labour’s Build to Rent scheme.

So in other words you can't use your own savings to pay off your house, but the superannuation grifters can use it to rent houses to you.

This is just another example of how superannuation is making life harder for Australians.

All the major parties, including One Nation, support compulsory superannuation.

Compulsory superannuation centralises wealth into the hands of unelected fund managers. It is communism, plain and simple.

The Australian People's Party (ie People First) is the only party that is prepared to unlock superannuation by allowing the Australian people to manage it themselves rather than Labour Party hacks who will use it to own you.

Over recent weeks, the US Office of the Director of National Intelligence has declassified documents revealing America’s deep involvement in gain-of-function and high-containment biological research.

Today I lodged an Order for the Production of Documents in the Australian Senate requesting key departments and agencies including Health, Foreign Affairs, Defence, CSIRO, and the Office of National Intelligence to release documents relating to any Australian participation, funding, or collaboration in overseas high-containment labs, gain-of-function research, dual-use pathogen work, and partnerships with major players and foreign entities.

With Tulsi Gabbard's new revelations about US bio labs in many countries around the world including Ukraine, it's fascinating recall the bizarre series of events that gave rise to this controversy in the first place:

In May of 2022, some of us began asking whether the US had bio labs in Ukraine, what they were for, and why the US had them there. For asking those questions, we were instantly branded as "pro-Russian conspiracy theorists" in official Ukrainian intel reports, on our Wikipedia pages, by countless media outlets, etc. This was and remains one of the most bizarre episodes I've ever seen.

Before May 2022, when we asked those questions, barely anyone had ever thought about let alone asked about "bio weapons in Ukraine"! I certainly hadn't. Like most people, I had never mentioned a word about it because it had never occurred to me we had them there.

But then, Marco Rubio summoned Victoria Nuland to the Senate and asked her in a televised hearing under oath about these "rumors," clearly expecting her to immediately debunk them as obvious Kremlin lies and to proclaim the US had no such bio labs in Ukraine.

Instead, Nuland did the opposite! She *confirmed* key aspects of these "rumors," and she explicitly warned that the US has several "bio research labs" in Ukraine that are so dangerous that they must not be allowed to fall into Russia's hands.

When some of us heard Nuland's rather shocking admission -- the first-ever disclosure about these labs -- we of course asked: wait! what? Why does the US have bio labs in Ukraine, and what are the US and Ukraine doing in those labs that make them (in Nuland's eyes) so dangerous?? (Note: nobody ever suggested that the presence of these bio labs in Ukraine justified the Russian invasion; we just wanted answers about these US bio labs that Nuland had casually divulged).

We never got real answers. We got smear campaigns. To this day, our names are formally attached to claims that we spread "conspiracy theories" for asking about these labs even though it was Victoria Nuland herself who was the one who accidentally revealed them for the first time in a Senate hearing in response to a shocked Marco Rubio. They then quickly tried shutting down any questioning by pretending that Nuland never said this, and it was just a bunch of paid Kremlin mouthpieces who were spreading lies.

After its offshore fees, Netflix Australia had $119 million in revenue and $20 million in profit. It paid $16 million in income tax and paid a dividend of $41 million.

This allows them to transfer vast amounts of money abroad, very little of which is taxable in Australia. Netflix had an effective local profit margin of 1.4 per cent of its total Australian revenue.

“A distribution fee is paid by the company under this agreement, and the operating margin retained by the company is an arm’s length return in accordance with the Netflix Group’s transfer pricing policy,” the accounts say. There is no suggestion of wrongdoing by Netflix.”

Globalists often talk about tariffs and how bad they are for free trade, but you rarely hear them complain about reverse tariffs whereby multinational companies can send profits offshore at tax rates much lower than onshore tax rates.

Netflix has a local operating profit margin of 1.4% while their worldwide operating profit (see accounts in comments) was 28%.

Multinationals get away with shifting so much money offshore because of our tax treaties allow them by setting withholding tax rates well below the onshore company tax rate.

For example the withholding tax on royalties paid to the U.S. is just 5%. (See link below) Netflix can save 25% in every dollar it transfers offshore.

So 25 cents on $1.35 billion transferred offshore is $338 million in lost company tax to Australia.

To be fair to Netflix, some of the fees paid offshore should be offset by production costs but not at rate of 98.6% in the dollar. I.e 1.4% margin.
