What does "stop being useful to the ruling classes" even mean here?

Does it include skilled labor, education, the knowledge to handle complex tools? Literally EVERYTHING a worker does is useful to the ruling classes. Our very existences are useful to them.

So to isolate "fitness" as the only thing we shouldn't seek due to this arbitrary reason seems... suspicious to me. You want workers to get more skilled and be better workers in everything but their ability to fight back against the ruling classes? Strange...

A Palestinian woman from Gaza, Maryam, died of cancer after the UK Home Office refused to waive biometric requirements that prevented her family from safely traveling to a visa application centre.

Despite accepting evidence of her cancer and the lack of adequate healthcare in Gaza, officials ruled that her circumstances did not meet the threshold for “compelling circumstances.”

Maryam died on August 28, leaving her husband and seven-month-old baby trapped in Gaza. Her family says she could have stayed alive if the UK had approved their request earlier.

Last week, after Israel shut down (twice) five of its six desalination plants, I argued that the shut-downs were likely related to untreated sewage from Gaza, where Israel has destroyed sewage treatment facilities.

Today, the Washington Post has confirmed that untreated sewage from Gaza is indeed a major factor that led to these closures.

Israel obtains 80-90% of its drinking and household water from desalination, so this is a crisis of existential proportions for the child-murdering entity.

Quite apart from Israel’s new drinking water crisis, just imagine all those Israelis swimming in contaminated water along Israel’s Mediterranean coastline during the hot summer months.
