@JoeyO70 The Browns were going nowhere with Myles Garrett.
The trade was GREAT for the Browns.
Just let the 2026 season pass by with no expectations beyond evaluating if ConcepciΓ³n and Boston are legitimate starters.
Let Judkins get an in-season rehab to build strength for 2027.
@JoeyO70 As an objective non-Browns fan,
SHEDEUR SANDERS AND DESHAUN WATSON HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BROWNS' FUTURE.
Taylen Green was drafted to be the starter as early as 2027.
The 2026 season is being played to evaluate what they need for the 2027 season.
Trade Deadline = π
@DevyEusuf I believe it's a possibility.
Even if it is a sprained ankle, he could be out for 6 to 8 weeks.
Why would the Raiders need to rush him back? To satisfy fantasy football participants?
Not a good idea.
@DrakeFantasy I disagree and this move is part of the plan.
Todd Monken will be allowed to develop Taylen Green, who will probably start in 2027.
Deshaun Watson is the stopgap and does give the Browns the best chance to win.
Starting Shedeur could create a controversy when Green is ready.
@SELLTHEKINGS26@MLFootball It would be interesting if the Browns surprised some teams and start the season on a positive note with the defense remaining strong.
4-3 after 7 games.
@NFL_Convo The Patriots are taking a big risk with this trade.
HOU may have no WR other than Nico Collins worth drafting.
Nico Collins is probably worth a mid to late 3rd round pick. Risky with his target competition.
@NFL_Convo The Seahawks may be in for a disappointing season.
George Holani averaged only 3.3 YPC last season and 3.5 in his only preseason game.
Jadarian Price had up and down games last season with 3 games under 3 YPC. He will probably get some targets.
Combined 1,100 and 8?
@nflrums This trade helps Doubs. A risky move for the Patriots.
The Texans are possibly going to be a team with no WR's worth drafting except Nico Collins later than his ADP.
@jbchoknows@TTJH1987 I believe Deshaun Watson wants to finish his last season in Cleveland and play well enough to get interest from other teams as a backup or stopgap in 2027.
He can start the next chapter of his life in a new city with his wife.
@jbchoknows I believe Deshaun Watson gives the Browns the best chance to win and also alleviates a possible QB controversy.
Taylen Green is Todd Monken's chosen project and the intention is probably for Taylen to start in 2027.
@DKSports@AdamSchefter Couldn't the Giants have a similar fact with Saquon Barkley and Daniel Jones who both were frequently injured and cost the team millions?
@TheFFRealist I actually commend Todd Monken for having the conviction to make this decision.
Putting everything outside of football aside, Deshaun Watson does give the Browns the best chance to win games.
Todd Monken didn't get pushed to make the decision against his will by the fanbase.
@fliff@AdamSchefter I wouldn't suggest listening to this guys' advice.
From my understanding, heaven judges a person how they judge others. Measure for measure.
DANIEL CARLSON
The Saints signed Daniel Carlson to be their kicker this season.
Charlie Smyth had 16 FGA in 6 games in 2025 which comes out to 45 for a full season.
Daniel Carlson could be a Top 5 kicker in 2026 if he had that many FGA for the season.
@ChalkTalkFFB@PPRFantasyTips I don't understand everyone's need ro rush him back.
He was carried off the field. It wasn't a standard sprained ankle.
Why hasn't there been any additional information about it except a report from Adam Shefter that he believes it was an ankle injury over 12 hours ago?
@DuggyFantasy Drafting two RB's from #10, #11 or #12 is highly favorable and suggested due to how many picks go by prior to Round 3.
Did you draft Washington as insurance?
@DuggyFantasy Any objective Bears' enthusiast will say that Justin Fields was about to turn a corner after the 2023 season.
DJ Moore was his good friend and they had a strong connection on the field.
Luke Getsy was the only OC to get the best out of Justin Fields.
Go watch his 2023 videos.
@GehrigDieter Deshaun Watson probably wants this season to end as soon as possible.
He can move out of Cleveland and get a fresh start in a new city with his wife.
I believe he still has more than he is showing. He could still play in the NFL and another team may give him that opportunity.
