Im not asking you to agree with me but rather accept that music is multifaceted and exists outside of audiences and scenes. There is a difference between spectacle/entertainment and just music in and of itself.

@oedipuspresley @poopswag34 Sounds like youre making music for spectacle and attention rather than for the sake of having an idea. Its just different intentions when interacting with the art form. This idea that someone needs to make music for an audience is pretty one dimensional.

@oedipuspresley @poopswag34 I dont listen to post modern music. It isnt interesting to ME. Again its art. Everyone experiences it differently. Im completely fine enjoying the process of making music for no one to hear it. I have ideas, i make them and then i hear them. Thats all that matters to me.

@oedipuspresley @poopswag34 Idk as a musician scenes and sounds come and go. Im not really attached to labeling things thats more of a marketing executives job to sell the music as something specific. I probably love and hate plenty of artists in plenty of genres but I dont find scenes all that interesting.

@oedipuspresley @poopswag34 not going to speak on what music is "good" or "bad" but music like Punk, Hardcore and Metal have a lot of social and political baggage that has nothing to do with music. The quality of music is secondary to the aesthetics, messages, or "scenes" in a lot of cases.

@Hzek141210 @MalleusIg Have you read the book? Its very different, his collaborator even left the project due to his modificatios. I agree he didnt "create" the conspiracy its a long standing myth thats been an idea in the mind of humanity for quite some time.
