I finished my homework for the Olympic Games, and now it is time to fly out to my fifth Olympic Trails to help some of the amazing athletes that I work with make the U.S. Track & Field team!

I have been inside 10 Olympic stadiums and lucky enough to race in track meets in four of them 😁

Did you know the athlete do not warm up for their races inside of the Olympic Stadium? In Tokyo there is a special track next to the stadium. The athletes warm up here and when they are ready to race they are shuttled across the street in golf carts.
