These doctors have needs too, they have families to feed, they have sick ones to pay bill for, they have rents to pay,how you expect them to still work while being financially starved is INHUMANE even in this pandemic.Doctors need to be psychologically stable to save people too.

As ARD IMSUTH commences strike today, it is good to x-ray the issues on which the strike is predicated.
1. 6 months of unpaid salary arrears even when members continued to deliver their services to the populace.
2. Non implementation of; revised CONMESS, MRTA domestication, Covid-19 inducement hazard allowance, minimum wage.
3. Non accreditation of departments for effective training of residents.
4. Inadequate PPEs in the face of this Covid-19 pandemic.@HE_HopeUzodimma @channelstv
