So back in November I attempted to pay my credit cards with capital one like I have been doing when my payment wasn't submitted I only find out when I get a collection call about it so I explain that I did make a payment but looking into it they just never pulled the money from

capital one and yes I did get angry but I couldn't help that with my mental disability and their disrespectful customer service 

They expect me to pay my debt off and I have demanded my entire debt wiped due to capital ones disrespectful customer service , abusive behavior

They ended up closing my account after set off a trigger of my disability cause they refuse to listen and talk over me
Im going after @CapitalOne for full disability discrimination and if anyone feels the same then let me know this can turn into class action lawsuit

So @CapitalOne they decided to close all my accounts after I had difficult time trying to sort an issue where my payment didn't process on their end and fast forward their promises of not raising my minimum payment weren't kept ... paid the 83 dollars to keep the account active
