Recipe
30ml Dodd’s Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Vermouth

Method
Stir over ice in a mixing glass, and then strain into a rocks glass
Fill glass with ice cubes.
Garnish with an orange slice.

10ml Raspberry syrup
15ml Lime juice

Method
Shake and strain into a tall glass.
Add 50ml dry ginger ale.
Fill glass with ice.

Gin & Sonic

Ingredients:
35ml Dodd’s Old Tom Gin
75ml Soda Water
75ml Tonic Water

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour over ice.
To finish just garnish with a slice of lime which works particularly well with the liquorice profile of the gin.

The origin of Old Tom gin is in 18th century London when the Gin Act of 1751 sent gin making underground.

Legend has it that drinking establishments across London hung signs featuring an old tom cat in the window.

Inspired by the Old Tom gins of 18th century London our Old Tom is slightly lower in ABV to our classic Dodd’s Gin so we naturally sweeten it in the distillation using liquorice root.

#OldTom was a popular style of #gin consumed in the early 1800s and was sweeter than it's London dry counterpart.

Our slightly sweet Old Tom Organic gin is a nod to the traditional 'Old Tom' styles. No sugar is added, rather the sweetness comes from the use of liquorice.
