Congratulations to all who won and to all who ran in Guelph! Met some incredible residents and candidates! I'm proud to have run an honest campaign and it was an incredible experience!!
Now...how do we convince the other 57,000 people in Guelph to vote in 2022...?
@BenSoucie I share some of your concerns. I would be interested in exploring time limits on a percentage of the new parking spaces in order to help ensure patrons have the opportunity to shop downtown. However, the total # spaces added may already resolve some of the current frustration.
@HotWot Many people didn't. DM me your house number (I remember your street) and I will check if you are on the list and let you know from there what you need
.
We work here. We play here. We live here. Guelph is an incredible place to be. I am #Driven to make prudent decisions to ensure affordability, sustainability, and most importantly, liveability for us all. Now, and for Guelph's future. October 22nd, #VoteDODGE#DrivenForWard3
Proud big brother watching my baby sister graduate and receive her awards this evening! Congratulations to all the grads, parents, and College Heights teachers!
Also, great speech tonight by @LBusuttil! You're a great advocate for this wonderful school!
@JoelGuelph As the owner / user of a natural gas fire pit in my own backyard (yes, it is legal), I must say that I miss the sound of crackling wood on a real fire. I think the current bylaw needs changed to match other municipalities. Careful changes though.
@jborthwik Totally agree with you. There's room in campaigns to argue issues and qualifications, but not for personal attacks. Harassment should never be seen as acceptable.
Can't wait for October 22nd? You don't have to!
Advanced voting starts today. (Remember, online voting option is not available for Guelph). Get out and vote!

Advance Voting starts tomorrow in @cityofguelph! Vote in advance from October 12-14. Check if you’re on the voters’ list, find your voting locations and other important details at https://t.co/BmOyaj5qyf! Get out and vote early. #YourGuelphYourVote#ONMuni#LocalGov#elxn2018
Views and experiences can differ on every issue. And that's OK.
I am driven to support everyone in Ward 3. We can not be so dismissive of other opinions just because it does not align with our own.

Thank you to @jborthwik for hosting a great #Ward3 forum last night! Thanks also to the candidates and especially to all of the residents who came out!!
Continuing to knock on every #Ward3 door. If you receive one of these in your mailbox, you weren't home (or it was after 7pm). I'm sorry I missed you! Read the back and give a call, email, text, or message anytime. I will look forward to connecting with you!

Noah and I sat on my front porch last week talking, and I was incredibly impressed with this young man. His future is bright, and so is our community's future because of his professionalism and dedication.

@ward4guelph Thanks for reaching out Mike! Good to see we are on the same page with this and able to resolve concerns quickly and respectfully. Much appreciated!
@ward4guelph Early in the week I gave the benefit of the doubt and the common courtesy to alert you that your sign was in contravention of the law. Signs cost money, I tried to help. How am I supposed to interpret that courtesy being met with additional signs added?
