Members of the Econ Club competed in the National Economics Challenge before spring break. The team finished as the runner-up in Missouri for the Daniel Ricardo division, which means they have not taken an economics class yet. They were just shy of making it to Nationals!

@vicki_faasen We took the citadel tour and loved it - even the boys enjoyed it. We did both tours (on separate days). Much of the rest of the time we wandered around and took in the sights, sounds, and smells. I enjoyed the night walk to look at the castle all lit up. European vibe

@Wootenomics @Josh_Merfeld For me it is more income inelastic since I am very gluten sensitive and cannot eat read meat. Plant based protein is a great way for me to have protein smoothies. I am also willing to pay more for quality of taste.
