@QtFunded I’d lik em to formally apologies and thank you for rectification of the issues that occurred on Friday and for restoring my account . Many thanks
@QtFunded@SupandiMau21178@AlexQuantTekel You removed me from the discord no reason and scammed me within 24 hrs. Action fraud has been reported NFRC251107782174
@QtFunded A funded evaluation only works if the data is correct. When the data breaks, the entire service fails.
I’m asking again for this to be resolved properly. My accounts were breached due to an error in your pricing, not the market. This needs to be investigated and remedied.
@QtFunded Preparing to sue in the county court . I need this addressed properly, because the issue here is not trader error or market volatility. It is a data-feed failure on your side, and under UK law the responsibility for that sits entirely with the provider.
@QtFunded UK law overrides any express term that contradicts consumer protection.
Because your internal pricing feed malfunctioned, the platform did not deliver the service I paid for. That places the responsibility on you as the data provider, not on the user.
@QtFunded Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any paid digital service must be:
 fit for purpose
• as described
• and supplied with reasonable care and skill
These statutory obligations cannot be excluded, even if your terms say “no refunds” or “no liability.”
@QtFunded A demo or “funded” virtual account does not remove your legal duty to provide:
1. Accurate and stable market data,
2. A fair and functional service, and
3. A platform fit for its advertised purpose.
@QtFunded When your pricing showed 200+ pip movements across multiple instruments—movements that did not exist in the underlying market—this was a failure of your own infrastructure.
@QtFunded Quant Tekel is acting as the data provider, platform provider, and execution environment for your “funded” and evaluation accounts. Even though the account is virtual, you are still supplying a paid digital service with pricing data that must reflect real market conditions.
