What this means:

→ NIANNIAN is now on record with the USPTO as a standard character mark, covering cryptocurrency exchange, transfer, and trading services.

→ Standard character format means the name is protected regardless of font, styling, or color. Broadest scope available.

→ The IP sits inside a proper corporate entity, not a personal wallet. That's how real brands are structured.

What happens next:

→ If it clears examination, the mark publishes for a 30-day opposition window.
